He loves him!

Ian really is warming up to his little brother. This was the conversation this morning:

I: That's my Mommy!

Me: Yup, I'm your Mommy.

I: That's my Baby Josh!

Me: Do you love Baby Josh?

I: Yes

I: That's my Daddy! Daddy at work.

I: That's my Ian!

Silly boy....

Zoo Time!

We had a day at the John Ball Zoo in early July. This was Ian's first zoo trip this year and Joshua's first ever. It also was the inaugural outing with the double stroller....and yes, the Zoo is built completely on a hill! A good workout was had by Mom and Dad, while the boys strolled in style.

How Joshua spent his day at the zoo....zzz....zzz.

Ian's been asking for "pic-cic" all summer, so we had our first picnic at the zoo. Nothin' beats teddy grahams and yogurt - mmm mmm! Served on a lovely plate of disposable changing pads (yes, we forgot napkins).

Petting the stingrays (stingers removed, of course) and a nice show of toddler muscles.

And his first photo op with a real tiger! A walk behind the waterfall with daddy for their weekly bath ;-) Who knew such a little waterfall could be so loud?

A great day (and subsequent nap) was had by all, especially those not pushing a large, double stroller!

The new Le family blog!

Well, I've decided to start a blog to keep our friends and family updated on the Le clan. We are now a family of 3 boys....and mom! Oh, how I am outnumbered!!

Ian is now 2 1/2 and we're most of the way there on potty training. Daytime training is complete and we haven't been brave enough to do big boy underpants at night. However, he's woken up dry every day but one for 2 weeks. So it's probably time to bite the bullet and see how he does. Ian's a smart little guy who loves colors, shapes, letters and numbers.....our little smarty-pants, whom we hope will become rich and support his mom and dad!

Joshua is 8 weeks old (time is flying!!) and loves to eat (which is a nice change from big brother), talk and smile. Sleeping still isn't his strong point, but we're hoping to get some more sleep in the near future (hint to Joshua....before mom goes back to work ;-) ).
