Sooo....yeah....nice to see you again

So time is flying by and posting to a blog just isn't as easy as I'd hoped! Anyhoo....here's the quick version of our last year or so......

Joshed turned 2 - with a fun Nemo themed party.

Then he turned 3....with Toy Story! Such a difference between 2 and 3, really seeing his "personality" ;-)

Then a day trip to Michigan's Adventure before Ian started DK.

And the big day of Ian's first day of DK. He rode the bus and believe this....he loved to ride the bus! I'm sure that will wear off, but for now, I'll take it.

Than Ian turned 5 with Iron Man at his side.
We took a road trip to the ocean at Isle of Palms, SC. What a great vacation, steps from the ocean. The boys have turned into quite the swimmers this year. I'm hoping for another trip next year as we all had a great time.

Then Easter was here and so were our baskets of goodies - including Angry Birds :)

Then a summer filled with playing, sun, the beach and just hanging out!

That's all for now! Stay tuned for back to school :)

Sooo....it's been a while

I've been really slacking...not that I was a super frequent poster in the past. But 2010 has been good to us. The boys are busier than ever. Here's a snapshot of the last few months
Josh has become quite self-sufficient...meal time is anytime!

A little pumpkin painting for Halloween.

Giving thanks for the fabulous paper vest.

A visit to jolly old St. Nick.....trust me, he was happier when presents were involved :)

We adopted a Super Hero, a Race Car Driver and a Panda. Our house is now seriously full!

Celebrated Grandpa Scott's birthday

Saw not one, but TWO Disney shows!

Finding Nemo on Ice

Disney Playhouse Live

And just having fun in general! Lots of time outside when the weather cooperates.

Ian started Tee Ball and is quite the slugger!!

So hopefully I'll pick up the pace, but times are busy, so I make no promises ;-)

The Big 4!

I can't believe my baby boy is 4!! We had a great little gathering to celebrate the day. Good food, good cake, great friends & family!

Little Einsteins cake

Ian and Aysha

Time for presents! So much good stuff.
And the coveted Statue of Liberty! It's a souvenir Grandma Le bought about 30 years ago and Ian just loves it. So now it's passed on to him :)

The Petersen family (missing Brayden!)

Mr. Big Brown Eyes

Cheeeeeessseeee!

School Days

Ian started his first day of preschool yesterday! He loves it and can't wait to go back. It's official - my baby is growing up. sniff....sniff

Breakfast before school

The dreaded "I don't want to go to school" comment :(

But once he saw the other kids and their "cool" backpacks, he was ready!
Waiting outside his room to start the day
Ian and his teacher during his open house last week.
I'm so glad he likes school (well at least he does for now!). I'm sure we'll have plenty more pics to come :)

Fourth of July!

We celebrated the 4th by the traditional fireworks and parade. Of course, I forgot the camera for the fireworks, but not for the parade!

Waiting (sortof) patiently for the parade to start

Ian - proud of his loot!

My silly boy!

The new bike!

We got Ian a bike just the right size for him! He's doing great and really getting the hang of it :) He thinks he's pretty hotstuff!

Ian and his "Red" Bike

And of course, with the first ride, comes the first fall. No worries - bruised his ego more than his knee.
